Since 2010, we have kept aesthetic and medical laser platforms operating in Brazil. That is 16 years of engineering focused on one specialty: technical service for Alma Lasers equipment.

Direct Access to Suppliers of Original Parts

Our distinguishing strength is our direct channel with suppliers of the manufacturer’s original parts. Through this channel, we import components directly for current platforms and earlier installed equipment, from Soprano Titanium to Alma-Q.

Original parts, without exception: no compatible substitutes, remanufactured parts or reused components. Traceability of each installed component is documented in the technical report, including serial and batch identification as provided by the manufacturer.

The service warranty covers parts and labor under the conditions documented in the quotation. The report records measurements, calibrations and parameters checked before and after the intervention — as-found and as-left.

We serve customers throughout Brazil, with maintenance carried out at our company’s premises. When needed, we provide logistics support for equipment shipment and return, including collection, specialist packaging for medical equipment and insured transport.

We work with diode lasers, Nd:YAG, IPL, Q-Switched systems, fractional lasers, CO₂, radiofrequency and cooling circuits. The procedure is determined by the model, hardware generation and actual installed configuration.

Equipment downtime calls for a clear response. Tell us the observed fault, model and serial number: we will provide a technical assessment, original-part availability, import lead time where applicable and the expected service schedule.
