Scheduled Preventive Maintenance
Power and fluence measurements using a calibrated meter, pulse repetition checks, optical alignment and functional safety tests, in accordance with platform procedures and specifications.
Corrective Maintenance
Diagnosis of power supplies, drivers, synchronization circuits and energy stages; electronic repair of boards and connections; replacement of modules with original parts as indicated by the diagnosis.
Handpieces and Optical Assemblies
Assessment of sapphire windows, diodes, crystals, fibers, optical cables, connectors and triggers. Repair or replacement is based on the assembly actually installed in the equipment.
Cooling Systems
Diagnosis of chillers, pumps, flow meters, sensors, and flow and temperature interlocks. Circuit tests are documented before and after the intervention.
Functional Safety and Electrical Integrity
Verification of interlocks, emergency stops, protective connections and electrical integrity, according to the procedure applicable to the model.
Software and Firmware
Version assessment and updates when technically indicated and permitted by applicable access rights and procedures, preserving parameters before and after the intervention.
Technical Logistics Across Brazil
Collection, packaging with protection appropriate to the equipment, insured transport and return. Arrangements, responsibilities and coverage are defined in the quotation.
